Biography
Michelle attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2019. She continued her education at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFUMS) and obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. During her time at RFUMS, she served as a teaching assistant and was recently inducted into the National Physical Therapy Student Honor Society. Michelle has since joined the IBJI team as a physical therapist at the Highland Park location.
Michelle has experience treating patients across the lifespan with a variety of diagnoses. She particularly enjoys treating patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Following her clinical in a neurological setting, Michelle obtained her PWR!Moves and LSVT BIG Certifications to treat patients with Parkinson’s Disease. Michelle enjoys working alongside her patients to assist them in achieving their highest level of function and return to the activities that matter most to them. She is excited to continue this in her new role at IBJI.
In her free time, Michelle stays active by going on runs and walks and enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and two golden retrievers.
